If you are coming from Newport Bridge... Take the Newport exit at the end of the bridge and go straight through the first set of lights at the end of the exit. At the second set of lights (about 1/2 mile) take a right onto America's Cup Avenue. Follow Americas Cup Ave. Through seven sets of lights. At the seventh light you will be heading up the hill. Once you are heading up the hill, you are no longer on America's Cup Ave. You will be on Memorial Boulevard. Sardellas Restaurant is located about 1/4 mile up on the right (through one set of lights). Parking is available in back as well as in front. To access parking in back, go up to second set of lights. Take a right on Bellevue Ave., then take your first right before the shopping center on William St. Parking is available along William St. If you are heading south on Rt. 138... Follow Rt. 138 south for several miles from the Sakonnet River Bridge, until you reach Middletown. When you enter Middletown, the road will begin to curve slightly to the right and head downhill. You will also notice that it begins to be developed. At the stoplight where the Shell station, Wendy's, and Auto Palace are located, take a left onto Valley Rd. Follow Valley Rd. for a few miles. It will merge with Memorial Boulevard. You will pass Newport Beach on the left. Proceed up the hill. At the top of the hill, where it levels off, you will find yourself at a big intersection with Bellevue Avenue. Get in the left turn only lane and take a left onto Bellevue Ave. Take an immediate right onto William St. Follow William St. down about 100 yards and you will see Sardellas on the right. Parking is available along William St. and on Memorial Blvd.
